Products and prices
1. The prices of the products are presented in the product presentations.
2. The price of the products includes 24% VAT.
3. The delivery fee will be added to the price of the product depending on the delivery method.
4. Information about the goods can be found in the product presentations.
5. We have the right to change prices, order and delivery terms on an order.
1. Payment is made via Checkout Finland Oy (bank buttons, credit card, mobile payment methods), by invoice or in cash when picking up the goods.
1. The customer pays the delivery fees depending on the delivery method.
2. The sales agreement enters into force when the order has been processed.
3. Products in stock will be posted immediately after ordering. Pre- ordered products will be posted as soon as they arrive at the seller.
4. The goods will be delivered after the due amount has been received in the e-shop current account, not later than within three working days.
5. The goods will be sent in the manner and to the address indicated in the order.
6. Delivery time to Finland is 2-7 working days, the rest is a maximum of 14 working days.
Right of return
1. Products have a 14-day return policy after the package arriving.
2. The right of return is valid only if the product is in its original condition, unused and the product packaging is intact. If the product has traces of use, the seller has the right to make deductions from the refundable amount.
3. Shipping costs for return are paid by the customer.
4. Returns will be made via Post.
5. Pack the products in their original packaging and a letter with your contact information and order number. Keep the return receipt you received until you have received the money back in your account.
6. If the package is returned to us as unredeemed, we will charge the customer for handling the unredeemed package and the amount will be automatically deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
7. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the returned products have arrived to us. Please contact us via email before returning!
Product defect correction
1. The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to email@example.com if the products are defective at the time of delivery.
2. If defects in the products occur within two years, the online store will decide whether it is the responsible store of the online store.
3. If the products purchased from the online store have defects which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective products. If the goods cannot be repaired or exchanged, the online store will refund part of the price of the transaction.
4. The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred during the transport of the goods or after delivery (defects that occur during use, such as wear and tear, improper handling).Incorrect contact information
